4. Contact Approval
Conversations can begin only after a contact request has been accepted. The App does not randomly connect users for anonymous conversations.

Information is stored only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use, or maintain the security and integrity of the service.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.

- With service providers that help operate the App, such as hosting and push notification providers.
